Nova Eatery is the culmination of years of collaboration and camaraderie with Fargo Brewing Company which stems from a friendship built on comfort foods and flavors, and a mutual respect and affinity for each other’s crafts. Nova’s offerings include a small rotating menu of meats, veggies and snacks both familiar and fresh. Have a burger or pork belly, braised greens or mac & cheese… they’ll all pair well with a pint.
